Shipping Policy
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. All orders are shipped from our New Jersey facility.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping options & rates
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $8.00 — FREE on orders $99+
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $15.00
Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Order issues
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us at info@phelahaus.com within 7 days and we'll help resolve it. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are unable to reroute packages once shipped.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@phelahaus.com within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
