Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your kit must be unused and unopened, in its original packaging, with all components (canvas panel, rhinestone packs, and tools) sealed. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@phelahaus.com. 

If your return is accepted, we'll email you a return authorization with the return address, a prepaid shipping label, and instructions. A flat $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll make it right at no cost to you — replacement or full refund, including shipping.

Non-returnable items
Custom or personalized kits, kits that have been opened or started (opened rhinestone packs or adhesive), and gift cards cannot be returned. Sale items ARE eligible for return under the same conditions.

Exchanges
The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@phelahaus.com.
